Carl Holmes is a qualified Industrial Electrician with past experiences ranging from Steel Fabrication Plants in Europe to building Oil Platforms for the North Sea.

Carl has also worked in the security industry for a number of years as a CCTV and Access Control Specialist for ADT Europe as well as the Telecommunications

Industry as a technician and as a senior Project Manager for a major European telecommunications company.

Carl holds a CCTA qualification in Technical Project Management and has been a Telecommunication specialist since 1997.
He was also a Sales Engineer and State Manager for ADC KRONE Australia and a BICSI Co-Ordinater for Western Australia.

Carl is ACMA Registered and holds all relevant endorsements he also holds a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Workplace Assessment. He is a registered TITAB assessor and has been an instructor since 1994.
 
He has registered Installation and Design Qualifications from a number of prestigious Telecommunication Solution providers including ADC KRONE, SYSTIMAX, ORTRONICS, 3 COM and the Dublin Institute of Technology.

Carl is also an accomplished Technical writer having written the Telecommunication Training manuals now adopted by TAFE Nationally as well as the Department of Defence as their standard resource for Open Registration, Structured Cabling and Optical Fibre. Carl has also written the resource material for the Department of Broadband Communications and the Digital Economy for use in their national Digital Reception Technology (DRT) training which forms part of the Analog to Digital TV migration currently underway in Australia.

Carl is a 'Technologist' who specialises in integrating existing and emerging technologies together for use both in the home and in the workplace.

This is reflected in the way courses are delivered by Integracom where a strong emphasis is put on developing trends. This information is vital for both the attending student and the companies they represent as a means to help them shape their careers or business plans for future growth.

John joined the Integracom team in August of 2010 as General Manager with responsibilities for the day to day operations of the business.

John comes from a strong Telecommunications background including:

22 years service with the Royal Australian Air Force in the Defence Secure Communications Network and Telecommunications environment with numerous posting throughout Australia and overseas.

7 years working for ADC KRONE as the Sales Executive and then as Regional Manager for SA/NT

2 years employed as a Sales Executive for ServicePoint Australia who is a solution based visual communications company based in Canberra. John is your first line of contact for all training course and industry enquiries.

Marie Holmes has been a member of the Integracom team since its inception. Marie has worked in the security industry for over 14 years in a financial capacity.

Ian Scott has been part of the Integracom team since 2003. He comes from a strong Telecommunications background one of which was Telstra where he was a Senior Technical Officer. Ian speciality is in the resource sector and has worked in such areas as Fuji, Indonesia and Papa New Guinea as a specialist Telecommunications instructor and consultant. Ian is also an Alcatel recognised instructor for PABX training.
