Terms & Conditions of Course Registration

Payment for this booking is due at least 14 days prior to course commencement. For high demand courses, payment may be requested earlier to secure your place on the course. We reserve the right to cancel, postpone or alter the dates and/or times of any course.

Student Cancellation Policy

On receipt of written cancellation from the client:

  • 14+ days before course commencement - admin fee of $25.00 for transfer or cancellation

  • 13-8 days before course commencement - transfer fee $25.00, cancellation fee $50.00

  • 7 or less days before course commencement - transfer fee $50.00, cancellation fee up to 25% of full (standard) course fee.

Cancellation after being granted a previous transfer - same as for 7 or less days before course commencement.

Non-attendance at course with no notification - full (standard) course fees will still be payable, no refunds or transfers.

Cancellation fees will be deducted from payments already made or will be invoiced and cleared before any new enrolments are accepted.

Transfers not automatically available - approval at Integracom's discretion.
