Assessment of Operational Parameters

In assessing the requirements of each organisations area of operations, we accept that the consequence arising from network downtime in terms of operational parameters, range from slow time, to full operational failure resulting in a severe loss of productivity within an organisations environment.

Given that is the possible range of consequences, we provide a qualitative analysis of the probability of events or incidents occurring. This analysis takes into account existing infrastructure and pathways, the company's IP migration policy and proposed implementation of future technologies and the impact they may have on bandwidth usage and priority status.

Assessment of Security Risk due to Unauthorised Access Points

While most institutions and organisations adhere to strict guidelines regarding computer usage and security policies it only requires one unauthorised wireless access point to be connected to a system to open a gateway potentially allowing unauthorised access to the network.

As part of the assessment, Integracom can carry out a wireless scan of the building which will give a review of all access points detected within the local area.

In conjunction with a member of your IT team, the results can be analysed to determine if an unauthorised access point has been connected.
